Re: No Wifi upstairs

@Samjo53 When you say the hub changed did you get the white hub, the sky Max version, also IF you are paying the extra supplement that is £4 per month then pods are free, but you will see that in one off the billing statements. You do have to call sky to get the boosters as they run a test with you to see what/if they are required. Have linked the info for you below to read. And it is and you are seeing now not straight forward for a change!

Re: No Wifi upstairs

Ok I have found my old Sky WiFi booster and set up and now I have full signal in every room in house.

Thank you everyone for your help and helping me understand that the service Sky have provided is not identical to previous package. Already sent them complaint and conversations had with Sky Rep. probably will not come to anything but at least I now know why.

Did this answer not help you?

Re: No Wifi upstairs

@Samjo53 Glad you have it all over now, just be the 100% sure that your booster the OLD one is connecting and getting you on the internet fine, should work ok as sky, but old/new is never the 100%, the old SE210 Sky Broadband Booster pretty good unit and does a decent job enhancing the wireless wi-fi about.  Good luck with your Sky complaint!😶👍
