No Wifi and Call Centers closed

Hello,

 

There are been intermittent OpenReach issues since last Friday. On Friday, we lost connection for around 15minutes with OpenReach PON blinking. Today we lost wifi again with OpenReach LOS being a steady red. 
All sky call centers are also closed due to technical issues. 

can you double check on the root cause of the issue here.

Any fault finding can only be done via the call centre and our ability to escalare is also not available
