No WiFi with new sky pods

This is urgent I have no WiFi since the new pods have been set up I need someone around asap

@Dalaujla you afe not talkingto Sky by posting in the forum. Sky only send out engineers in very limited circumstances and exoect users to set up the equipment themselves. The basic instructions are here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-booster-what-do-you-need-help-with 

 

The most common mistake people make is placing the pods too far from the hub as a guide try the pods roughly half way between where you need the boost and the hub. If they dont connect initially try the pods roughly half close to the hub once the connection has made and the pod's light has gone out try it further away.
