@George49 reboot the puck and the router as that often sorts these issues easy to do just stop the power for 10 seconds. Connecting by using the WPS function is easiest use the Sky broadband option on the pucks wifi networking pages and press the button on the hub.
If still stuck move the puck and hub so they are as out in the open as possible. Otherwise it could be the two unuts are too far apart.
