No WiFi or internet access from router, no internet light displayed and orange light at WiFi.

WiFi and internet just went down, I have turned router of twice (left for ten minutes unpowered). No internet light showing Orange WiFi light Black sky q router

@Fubars Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.@

Highlander thank you for your attention.

It turns out that the openreach connection point needed to be reset by removing the power cable.

Once it had hand shaked and reset all back up again.

I did register a fault with sky as the checker wasn't finding any faults.

Still waiting for someone to get back to me...
