No WiFi connection to my house

I have had a sky engineer install my Tv,  and broadband inside my house. The engineer confirmed my broadband to my house from outside is not working. I new connection plug and hub have been installed inside the house but no connection to the house is available. I have had no internet or TV since the 6th December, I want a reduction in my bill
