No WiFi but app says all OK?

App says no issues in my area, all devices are connected ok, yet no WiFi on any devices. Tried everything & shock no advisors available at 8.15pm until 9pm when they coincidently closed!

What does trying everything include, a reboot of your hub at the mains, have you also run this broadband line check:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

@BonnieHattie6 whether the other pister has or has not got their system running is irrelevant you need to follow thecsame instructions.
