Got hit by a lightning storm, WiFi went off and hasn't turned back on since, all I've had is 'check if there is an outage in your area' and 'test your connection' once I finally get through the test connections pages it asks me to book an engineer but the page to book an engineer is down and I can't call anyone as there service drops every other minute. I'm stuck on what to do now. Can't get ahold of sky and when I eventually do, it just tells me to check the connection.
