No WiFi and red LOS light on

Hi

 

i got a notification to reset my WiFi and then realised the red LOS light is on

 

Please can I get some help on how this needs to be fixed

@Anurij  given the time of day it could well be maintenace work however if it's still down this morning and the service checker does not offer help call Sky to report the issue.
