My partner moved into a new build and for some reason the internet engineers decided to put the OpenReach device in the living room, which is at the farthest part of the house.
All the bedrooms are at the far end of the house which is about 30 feet or more away from the Sky router.
The image shows were the OpenReach device is and the Sky router is on the window sill which is the only place it can sit due to the length of the Ethernet cable.
The bedrooms either get really bad internet or no internet via WiFi, so can I use a longer Ethernet cable to move the Sky router, if not, are there any recommended repeaters/extenders?

A longer Ethernet cable is doable, I was worried the longer the length the more it would degrade the quality.

Cat-rated ethernet cable works up to 100 metres with no discernable loss of speed.
A window sill is a very bad place for a router because they cook in direct sunlight and have an unfortunate habit of displaying the WiFi credentials label to the world.

I'd add that it may also be possible to carefully relocate the ONT within the limits of its optical pigtail: that's a truly horrible location they've chosen. Unfortunately if the pigtail has no slack, that's more difficult and may require an optical extension which isn't strictly legitimate.

Thanks @GD1 and @TimmyBGood I shall go for long Ethernet Cable, should be able to get it to the hall doing that 😁
The kids willl be Happy Spotify and YouTube will work flawlessly at last.
I couldn't believe that OpenReach had placed it there, I assumed they would have put it in the hall near the fromt door, that way everyone would have had good internet.
Anyhow, thanks again guys.
