I am due to have 1GB FTTH broadband installed this coming Tuesday morning (29th Oct)
I have not yet received my Sky max router, or is there one showing as ordered under 'my orders'
We have a bank holiday on Monday, so what are the chances one arrives without the router order showing under 'my orders' or will the engineer bring one with them.
Two of us work from home so cant afford any downtime.

Find out more@gstorey you would not expect a hub to arrive before today at the earliest hubs are despatched to arrive a couple of days before tge installation. It is unlikely the engineers will carry a spare hub as often thry dont work directly for Sky however they can complete the installation without a hub.
Hopefully the hub will turn up by Tuesday if it hasnt call Sky on Wednesday when customer services can arrange one to be sent quickly. The fact you choose to use a domestic broadband connection for work does not change any of this unfortunately. No ISP will guarantee 24/7 connectivity so have a fall back plan.
