No PC connection with Ethernet connection to Sky SR213 router

I need help! New router, so plugged in my PC (Win 11) and I can't get an internet connection. The 'diagnose network problems' dialogue says I have an Internet connection, although the quality may be low (?) The network tests reveal no issues, although I notice that the network and internet> Ethernet information page shows ipv6 settings, but no ipv4 settings. I know there are no problems with firewall or AV settings. I have updated the Ethernet controller software when I actually had internet access - I have no idea how I had access, but the default is no access. The router is allocating a fixed ip to the pc,  but ipconfig (via cmd) reports no ipv4 data, only ipv6.

TV streaming working perfectly.....

any ideas, anyone?

@paddythedog  Your post has been moved fro the Stream Board as your issue appears to be unrelated to a Sky Stream puck.

@paddythedog Sounds like you may have completely messed up your Ethernet side on the PC, have you just tried reseting the PC by power off/on, you will only get an IP assigned from the SR213 in the DHCP range 192.168.0.2 - 254 if you have not messed with the default values. Properties on the NIC will show you what is assigned if you look at those!

@paddythedog Have you used the whatismyipaddress.com to see what it returns, not sure what you will see due to the MAP-T that is being used with your SR213 Hub.

ipconfig brings back only ipv6 addresses, nothing for ipv4....
