Hello - there is no terminal in the house I am moving to in order to connect the WiFi box to. I had called the sky helpline earlier. Can I get an update as to the timelines I can expect the engineer to come around and connect the box? I need this done ASAP as it's needed for work... Thank you so much.

Is there any updates in track orders in my account? If there is none then you will have to contact Sky for any updates on the progress of your order.

No-one here can provide that information: it's almost entirely down to local Openreach availability and any other work which might need doing (if the incoming line has also been removed, for example) or if provisioning is to be over an optical rather than a copper connection.
