I've escalated this to your team on the phone, but haven't heard back about when an engineer should be expected.  

 

What is the usual duration to get an update regarding this?

Hi, I just moved houses but my ONT is not working.
Yes, it is connected to powear and properly setup with the hub but it doesnt work (doesnt turn on / no lights show up.
I've tried excalating multiple times with no sucess. I need my ONT replaced asap!
