No ONT box. It's taken away by the landlord

Hi,

 

I just moved into a new house and my Sky broadband is due to activate tomorrow.  However the ONT box was taken away by the previous owner of the house. Is there a way I can contact Sky easily to ask for them to come and install a new one?  I'v tried using the Chatbot but it wasn't helpful.

You will need  to call  sky  and  speak to them about this problem

How I can reach out to Sky? I can't find the contact number and the AI chatbot isn't helpful.

I have spent 30 minutes finding their phone number. Isn't that deep search enough? I don't understand why it's so hard to find their contact us number.

We can't  post phone numbers on here but the number starts 0333 that all we can put

If you have a sky mobile then you can call on 150
