No Internet

Been struggling with Internet for a week or more.

Been trying to work remotely but internet keeps dropping out 

Really bad connection

Yes I'm in the Process of a complaint and currently going to switch to Virgin. As when I called sky yesterday. I had no help at all about why my internet is so bad. Dipping in and out constantly. I need this Internet connection for work. I believe you can cancel early and get a refund. Switch to a decent internet provider mine has been below 30 for months The minimum stated on their website is 50. And even that is really bad. I live in the city centre of Oxford, so it should be better , @skysupport

Yes, I've been the same for weeks - I work remotely from home this is very promlematic although I had the same with Talk Talk 

 

I've just recieved a right to cancel email from Sky this morning although working out if we can get compensated and credit to our bill remains to be seen - unless I have a spare 5 hours to talk to someone

Yes I just left  I'm sure they will call me when they realise I haven't paid the bill   then I will ask for refund  lol  , just leave ,
