No Internet since last night, tried contacting sky but cannot speak to anyone, read on here if you wait on the phone then you can register the fault and if not resolved in 2 days you start to get compensation, trouble is you wait on the phone and it then cuts you off so cannot register that I have no Internet since 7.30pm last night. Now my cctv and ring doorbell doesn't work as needs the wi fi, how long is this going to take to fix?
