No Internet since yesterday at 716 am. Was fine before then as did some work on laptop on WiFi. Been

No Internet since 7.16 yesterday Got a .message today saying adeel was working on it at 846 am Still not working at 11.04am Know it was working before 7am yesterday morning as I used it. Why have I had no update if engineer is actually working on it.

Not sure what you mean by ' adeel was working on it'. Who was that message from? The onus is usually on the customer to contact Sky for any updates depending on if Sky themselves have been updated.
