No Internet on full fibre

Exactly the same here been, turned off from the wall. Sky app checker says no problems. still sayimg "connected without Internet" at 1:24am

According to all the usual checks full fibre broadband is running but I have no Internet connection. Tried all the usual to resolve it and checking it through My Sky shows no issues but still no Internet connection. I'm in the Greater London/Kent border area. Anyone else got similar issues?

Same here, I've done everything it said to do but internet light is still orange. Sky app says all is good been over an hour now.

Same here iv reset the internet power light green internet light orange and wifi light green been like this now for over an hour done the test and cime back all working on sky test well its not all working. Im in Kent

I've Unplugged my router and left off for an hour. Everything says connected and fine on the app after running the diagnostics but it's clearly not. Says "connected without Internet" still. I've seen a few of the same posts now. Has anybody got theirs to work? SE london/Kent boarder

I'm dartford Kent and we've had nothing since about 12.15 app saying it's working when it's clearly not

No internet connection I'm connected to my router but still no internet connection! I have switched of at the mains and waited few minutes before switching it back on but still not working

Not too far from me. I've finally been able to get it to run through on service checker and have it actually say that there is a problem (just).

so it might be worth trying yours again. It's said there is a problem outside and have to book an engineer. 

Must be down somewhere in our area, you're too far to be the same green box but there must be something our local ones run into and it must be that.

Me too. I have just been able to get there service checker to acknowledge there is a problem and the response is to book an engineer.
