No Internet on full fibre

No Internet on sky full fiber since 30 mins ,test show everything looks good ,very deceptive my sky app

See my post immediately above yours. If it's not back by 7am use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby

This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).

Its worth adding that for customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you won’t receive any extra or quicker support.

No WiFi or Internet connection, although the broadband test through MySky shown no issues with network or WiFi?

Did a check on Sky and it's saying everything is fine. But it's not

having the same issues. Ran a internet connection test doesn't show any faults.

Same here. Power and wifi lights are green, voice is orange and internet isn't on. Down multiple resets, troubleshooting that the website advises. Nothing has worked and highly annoying that the Sky app keeps saying that everything is all connected and working fine.

I have the same issue rubbish app stating no issues but no connection for around an hour now!

Exactly the same here been trying, turned off from the wall. Sky app checker says no problems but still connected without Internet at 1:24am

Sky Broadband Down

I can see others complaining, same here. Broadband went down about 0030hrs, tried reset etc and nothing worked then friend called and his was the same, we live Dartford & Bexleyheath respectively so not sure if this is London & South East or all over? But frustrating for the service status app to keep telling you everything is okay when clearly it's not and no-one you can contact to ask for an update.
