@Mike19631  Which kind of device are you trying to get internet to? is this wired or by Wi-Fi coverage you are talking about?

To claim under either the WiFi Guarantee part of Broadband Boost or the newer 'Wall to Wall WiFi' you'll need to call Sky and go through a diagnosis.
