No Internet connection on laptop or tablet. TV and phone are fine
My laptop and tablet can't connect to sky WiFi easily. I have occasionally been able to get an internet connection but it comes and goes - mostly goes. I keep getting a message saying there is no Internet connection. I have tried rebooting my laptop/ restarting the modem and have run a diagnostic test suggested by HP. Their message said there might be a firewall problem with the settings preventing Windows from connecting. and to contact you. Help please.

@JR6 Might want to check your broadband sheild settings, This can be found by signing into your account going to the broadband and talk tab and scroll down to find the broadband sheild settings button. When you are in set it to off and save the settings to see if this helps.
