If it's going down overnight it could be maintenance taking place. This usually happens overnight where possible when most customers are asleep and causes minimal disruption. 

You won't get refunds on short term disruption. The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when the fault is first reported to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.

My Internet  is working  in dover but I am on fttp 500mps sky glass  tv

 @Rosie68 if the connection test in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection doesnt reportva known issue affecting your line call Sky to get an engineer to check your line.

If anybody's service is still down after 6.30am it isnt routine overnight maintenance its a fault. The My Sky app connection test run over a mobile connection will tell you if there is a known fault. If itvdoesnt call Sky and report the problem.
