As phone mast has nothing to do with broadband issues.

Apologies, I did not mean a mast.
After logging my fault on the 22nd March, and planning for an engineer, there was a reported/known BT exchange error in South Yorkshire region that was confirmed 3 days later on 25th, the same day that my engineer visit was cancelled.
