No Internet - Rochdale

I regret moving my broadband to Sky, never had issues with previous provider. It was cheaper to combine everything but turning out to be a big mistake.

You could also try carrying out the broadband test. This can be done via the Sky app on mobile data or use this link

Thank you for your reply but these steps do not solve the problem when the internet is down. Status checker always says everything is working fine. Tried the diagnostics through the app, at the time and it told me I didn't have broadband at my property.

@Termak you need to talk to Sky and report the fault they will get a check run on your line. Unfortunately Openreach engineers are striking today and on Monday so there is inevitably going to be a delay
