Hi,
I have not received my Hub router yet and activation day is today?
My previous company has disconnected and now without anything.

Just checked I'm not impressed still says it hasn't been dispatched been 2 weeks since got TV..

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Beacea call Sky to check why if you need a new hub they can often courier one to you overnight. If you already haveca Sky hub it msy work with your new service depending on the model and servicecyou are getting.

@@Highlander evening! So the engineer came out today. I've successfully been using my previous BB provider up until today. I have not received a Hub and the delivery stays states coming soon?

@@Beacea contacted the complaints line. Their system shows waiting to be delivered and have put it down to postal strikes. Oh well. I'll be patient, I'm better off than most so must be grateful.
let's hope we all get a positive result sooner rather than later.

Yes.. I also got told it is down to postal strikes as the hub gets dispatched 2 days before activation...
