No Ethernet / ONT port removed

We have just moved in on Tuesday and have no Ethernet cable / ONT port - it seems it has been removed as sky told us there was one previously. Our wifi gets remotely activated tomorrow, I work from home and am having to use my data to hotspot my laptop which is costing me a fortune. I also am aware we will be paying for the sky wifi service, and sky glass too and we are unable to use both. Is there any way we can get an emergency appointment to fit the necessary equipment ??? Thanks.

@Barcelona1998

Yes you will be paying for the service while you cannot use it, however you will be compensated £5.83 per day for the time it takes Sky to bring your service live.

Emergency appts dont exist, a normal fault will be raised with Openreach and they will attend in approx 2-5 working days to fit an ONT.

Unfortunately Sky may not let you book a fault (missing ONT) until the activation date, and then you'll be on an Openreach timetable to resolve which wouldn't start until Monday.
