No CRN or UAN Help!

 

I am trying to sign up to sky broadband. It is asking for a CRN and a UAN. I do not have either. What do I do?

@Ciara000 I assume you are in Ireland those CRN and UAN are the reference numbers for your current line UAN Universal Account Number CRN seems to relate to EIR lines. Id stuck give Sky Ireland a call as they should becablecto sort this out.
