No Broadband/Wifi connection in Norwich

My Sky/Broadband went down at approximately 2am (early hours of 25 June 2024) and has not returned.  All the usual tests fail to solve, and have had to book an engineer visit.......... the earliest slot for which is Thursday.

Which when one works from home, and faces no Broadband/Wifi for a few days is less than ideal.... but not a lot else one can do.   It is a bit scary when you realise how much your life depends on your Broadband working.  

I am in Norwich.  Not sure if anyone else has issues or just me.....  it also went down yesterday but came back after 30 minutes or so.
