No Broadband/Wifi since outage on Thurs Jan 23rd. Sky sent a text to confirm back on. I carried out all online diagnostics & Sky says no outage even though I have no internet .
Tried online support then rang customer services who said nothing they could do unless I upgrade & pay £12 more a month. I only have Broadband, no package. Suggestions ?
