Nintendo Switch not Connecting to Sky Hub
My daughter's Nintendo Switch won't connect to our WiFi.
It has connected previously then the connection dropped out, it reconnected for about a day but now, nothing.
Have followed Nintendo's advice re. The error code. But still no luck.
Have also changed the DNS as seen on another thread but still not working.
Anything else I could try?
Could it be a sky problem? (I know there's been some with Switches) or is it going to be a problem with the console.... 🫣

@Laura311 if other devices are connecting normally it is probably an issue with the Switch but it is worth checking a few things.
First power down both the Switch and your Sky hub. Then reconnect the hub and wasit until all of the lights show it is fully connected. Then power up the Swich to see if it recoonects. If it doesnt clear the entry for the Sky wifi in its set up restert it again and try to connect from scratch when doing so check tiu are getting the passcose exactly right it is easy to confuse a letter with a number or vice versa.

@Chrisee Thank you, we have restarted hub but we'll give it another go and keep our fingers crossed.
Other devices do connect so it does seem like it's a problem with the switch... 😞
