Nightmare new user experience with Sky Max

I am a new user to Sky and switched over yesterday. The sky Max Hub is working well but we are really struggling with WiFi in other rooms. I have now been sent 1 sky max pod which I connected earlier today and it worked, but did not really improve the WiFi connection in one room. We tried to move the pod to see if that helped a s now it will not connect at all. Am currently trying with an Ethernet connection but that is still not helping.

@Londonmum1 Ethernet connection to where? If to the POD that is not any good as still a wireless wi-fi connection back to the sky Hub!
