Hello.
I've tried to get sky broadband last year.
At the time I was told that sky can't deliver broardband to my address even though my next doir has/had it.
I complained and sky raised a ticket with openreach.. a week later sky phoned up and said all sorted now. But wait a month for the address database to update.
I couldn't wait that long so went with another supplier.
I am looking for more broadband now and have the same problem. The only differance is that on the address finder tab it has now got my street but no house numbers. It just says street record, then the street address and postcode.
Can any one help?

Then you should get full fibre . Are you using the exact same address for both the wholesale checker and sky
What do the notes say below the table

Handback Threshold values.
If you decide to place an order for a WBC fibre product, an appointment may be required for an engineer to visit the end user's premises to supply the service
ADSL, ADSL2+ and SOADSL availability: If shown at FTTP or SOGEA premises,ADSL, ADSL2+ and SOADSL are not available to order due to WLR Withdrawal stop sell rules. CPs should order FTTP or SOGEA. Copper products are only available by exception.
