Hi yes I have a white max hub and the phone is YEALINK aT46S I am receiving incoming calls but unable to connect them and make outgoing calls , the phone will only connect via WiFi Dongle too , not with Ethernet

Yes I have a white sky max hub and we use 3cx hosted by spitfire

Hi,
Seems like over Christmas break Sky have resolved my issue and the VOIP phone is all working correctly now. I would just say that no one had been in touch to confirm this - I just plugged the phone back in to try and and it worked. Thanks, Sky but shame I had this problem in the first place.

Yes we have the white hub and the VoIP phone provider is Yealink and the network is In2tel which is an Irish telco.
Is we can be escalated to get this sorted that would be great.
