I have a camera that uses 2.4ghz and I cannot see where to change the WiFi setting to allow me to do this, there is nowhere on the MySky App and my password for the browser adress isnt excepted.
can anyone confirm if it is possible to split the WiFi, please keep the answers to a basic level as I'm not very savy with this stuff. Thank you 😊

This is not possible on the Max Hub. Some users have had success through temporarily disabling the 5Ghz WiFi using the option in the My Sky app Hub administration settings.

Thank you but I can't even find the settings on the Mysky app, all it has is for broadband shield and Internet security and nothing else.

There does seem to be a delay in the tabs appearing for some Max users.

Thank @TimmyBGood , maybe that's the issue and the Mysky app has not updated yet, it was only installed yesterday, the team on sky help clearly don't know this ans they just keep going round in circles with it all.
If I can't get my home camera linked up then it's not the product for me.
