New to sky and want sky essential. Do I have to have a dish , can I have a home phone and can I get

Hi. I think sky essential is my best bet as a newbie. But do I need a dish.. I need home phone and sky sports for another room

Will this work for me please

@Jane177 You may find that sky will prefer you to have a streaming puck instead of a Sat Dish system especially if you do not already have a dish up and mounted on your property. Lot really depends on what kind off broadband that you can get and the speed package available.

Beware of potential confusion: Sky 'Essential TV' is delivered online to a Sky Stream puck, while Sky 'TV Essentials' is a satellite product on a Sky Q box.  Neither of these is in itself a broadband connection.
