New to fibre

Since I had fibre fitted, internet connection has been terrible. Sky Q just freezes. No signal on phone until I disconnect from WiFi ?

@Tomie If you have a white Sky hub with your new fibre service replacing a black hub the way your home WiFi network works will have changed as the old Sky Q mesh where the Q bixes acted as WiFi hotspots no longer works. Instread the new hub only connects to the main Sky box which then produces a signal to support any Q mini boxes. Your other devices can only connect to your new hub.

 

If Q boxes are not connecting call Sky as they will supply a Q booster to help with that however thst booster wont help your other devices. Sky will try to sell you their Wifi Max service which can providecup to 3 matched extender pods see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
