New to Sky

I joined Sky yesterday and so far the experience is dreadful. Opted for Fullfibre and so far connectivity has rarely lasted for 30 minutes without dropping out for both streaming and WiFi. Having to turn the hub off and on again. Anyone know of a solution other than cancelling within the 14 days and going back to a more reliable service elsewhere?
