Hi,
We've recently moved over from Plusnet to Sky.
The new sky hub keeps disconnecting from older devices specifically the TV and my partners phone.
I was hoping I could try changing channels, but I can't find this setting when logging in as admin.
Any ideas how to do this or what else I could do?
Thanks:)

Thanks @Highlinder , I've had a look there and nothing in my settings to change channel only the security settings? Am I missing something? Tried changing to wpa2 but no difference...
I feel like I'm missing something pretty obvious 🤷🏻♀️

Thanks,@Highlinder
I've already tried that last night and no change,l this morning . (Although only option was WPA2 no aes option) do you know if it's possible to change channels with the white hub, wondering if that would be worth a try.... just wondering if in the settings when logging in as admin, I can't find anything there either wondering if I'm missing something?
