New sky customer, engineer coming tomorrow but Sky Hub not dispatched yet

Hi

 

new sky customer, getting sky stream and broadband. 
Sky Puck has been delivered for the TV. The engineer is coming tomorrow for the internet cables etc, however the Sky Max Hub hasn't been dispatched yet. 
I am really struggling on how to contact Sky and find out when it's going to be dispatched as I urgently need the internet set up for work.

Are you sure its your activation date for broadband tomorrow?  The hub is usually dispatched a couple days before activation. This date can often be different to your TV activation date.
