Hello, I received my new Sky Q router this morning and have set it up. Even though I followed all the correct instructions, everytime I go to connect to the new wifi it claims that there is some kind of issue with the connection and tells me to re-insert the grey dsl cable in both the hub and the wall outlet. Does anyone know if it's because I'm supposed to leave it for a while (even though I've had it plugged in for over an hour now) or if its an issue woth the cable?

Has your connection actually gone live yet?
Usually Sky will send your hub a few days before your line gets activated so if this is the case your connection wont work yet. You should be able to see your activation date in your order tracking on the My Sky app.
