@Cynthia+Dingwall  If you have a new hub on an existing broadband service have you updated all the devices to use the new wifi SSID?

 

Or is this a new installation with Sky?

Yes wi fi is back but still no tv will not connect to wi fi

@Cynthia+Dingwall  Have you gone into the TV settings menu and looked for the network settings, you may need to reset the network at this point to connect to your new hub.
