New router delivered. Connection with Q box but no internet
Got a new Sky white router. WiFi working fine on our phones and laptops but trying to connect iplayer and it plays for 4 mins then stops and the settings say not connected to internet

@Luce111 While the Sky Max hub will connect to a main Sky Q box it wont connect directly to any Q Minis these havecto be connected to the main Q box. Check the main Q boxhas connected properly by going through the network set up as explained here see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q-do-you-have-a-sky-hub

so ive connected the main sky Q box to the router. Everything works for approx 2 mins then it says that connection was lost.
i connect the mini box upstairs whilst i have connection to the main and again that works for 2 mins then i get the 'lost network connection' page on the 2nd TV

@Luce111 if that applies after following the process in tge link I included call Sky as they need to getvthis checked out.

i called Sky and they talked me through installing the software update on the box. Unfortunately this didn't work so I'm waiting for a call from an engineer ☹️
so our new Sky Max Hub works and provides broadband for everything apart from the Sky boxes!!
