I have recently upgraded and some of our phones are not connecting or have really poor wifi connection and keep dropping our. Considering him paying more for this service, it's irritating.
My son can't even get a signal in his bedroom on his phone

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DarrenClaughton seems to be a common complaint where customers have been switched from the older black Sky hubs to the newer white hub especially if they have Sky Q tv boxes. Do any of those factors apply in your case?

Yes we have swapped the black router for the new white router but have yet to send it back. I'm tempted to cancel the upgrade tbh.
