New router arrived. Worked for an evening then stopped. Another replacement arrived. Worked for two days and stopped today. Has been on and off all day and tonight stopped altogether. Cannot stream or download on Sky Q TV. Have been through reset process and unplug so many times. I just think it's time to exit and forget it. Try EE and ordinary TV.

As you will need Sky's help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. If your broadband issue is down to a line issue moving to EE who use the same Openreach line wontvhelp as the faultvwill movecwith you.
