I first moved in and had these issues which I didn't at my old flat. My solution was powerline adaptors and they have worked perfectly. Until this week. depending on the time of day I hit between 12-24 ping typically which I am happy with. The last few days I sit anywhere from 50 -200 ms ping all the time. I do not understand what has happened I have not changed anything with my configuration. I am still getting solid speeds themselves but the ping makes the gaming completely unenjoyable having slower reactions than other players. I am also experiencing low level packet loss from time to time.
Xbox Series S
Powerline Adaptor
EAFC (it lets me see the ping as I find a match as well as network speed tests on the xbox)
Any help would be greatly appreciated I am out of my depth and this is so frustrating having nothing change and being completely in the dark about what may have happened.

An xbox liver server ping from my laptop on wifi. I cannot play over wifi I know you guys wouldn't reccomend anyways. Maybe the powerlines have just decided it's time to mess with me I don't know.

I have now run the xbox directly into the sky box and it returned the same high ping when performing network stats test. Not an issue with the powerline but maybe instead with my skybox (1.5 years of no issues) or Sky themselves.
Here is another test I also performed using speed.cloudfare.com a bit worse than earlier too.
