I have a feeling someone has hacked into my Wi-Fi broadband an is using it can I change my login details?

@SKYDQA6H  Unless you've given out your wifi password it is extremely unlikely it has been "hacked"

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
