New laptop won’t recognise Wi fi password. Keep saying wrong password.

Laptop recognises SKY wi fi name but not the password. The password matches the password on the hub. I've switched the router off & the laptop, thymes them back on. Also pushed the button on the router. Still no connection. This is the 3rd piece of equipment that won't recognise the password.

It is quite easy when entering a password to get a 0 and O and a 1 and l the wrong way round so are you sure you are not doing this as it needs to be entered as it is printed on the hub itself.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Yes, I've checked the password is correct. This is the 3 item that doesn't recognise the password.

Yes, my iPhone and iPad plus an old printer all recognise the Wi fi password.
I've a newer printer as well as my new laptop that won't recognise the password.
