New installation of fibre 150 not working

Hi, I got fibre 150 installed today, 2 engineers here for a couple of hours from city fibre connecting the cable under my garden, worked for about an hour and now sitting with a red light, have switched off for 5 mins, checked connection, ran diagnostics through sky (which all said fine)can't get to speak to a person, chatbot just puts me back to my sky, any help appreciated

@K222jul You may just be temp switched out how does the ONT that was installed look, have you got 3 Green lights on it Power and Pon, steady green, Lan would flash with data, hub on red no connection, but it is all up until midnight for sky to get working fully! So you may just go active at any time.

 

If not run the diagnostic checker may just kick it into life.

I only have 1 green light now, the bottom one comes off and on, the sky box sometimes has a slow flashing green then red again

@K222jul Not sure what ONT is fitted for a City Fibre install but think it is very similar to an Openreach one, as stated earlier in the post, all 3 green lights, LOS is a bad one but it normally goes RED for Los Off Signal. You could look and say what you have, will help!

2 green lights are on now with the Internet one also coming off and on, the LOS one was on but has gone off now, main box is now going between, red, slow flashing green and white.

Can't see anything wrong with the new copper cable they took in, as you've said its maybe just taking a while to finalise new set up, just frustrating when you have online gamers in the house

The city fibre box is just a plain white square box, nothing written on it, about 10cm square, one cable going in from outside, power one out and cable for sky max box out

@K222jul They must be wanting you to guess, what all the lights are then, way stupid for that unless they have symbols either above, below the lights, or the left you a piece off paper showing what they where. As before sky have up until 11.59pm to get it all going!
