New install due today and already a reschedule request from sky.
Ordered 4/12 Sky tv pack stream with sports, 500mb fibre, Sky talk and received puck and hub already. Openreach have recabled to property (fttp) on Monday 15/12 ready for booked 18/12 Sky fibre installand now have an alert on My sky app to rearrange the visit....?
Not very good is it!
Any help on this as had the day off work to be available today 18/12.

@rhsky unfortunately at this time of year this can happen often due to sickness. If they gave less than 24 hoours notice you will be compensated see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
